BETA EXPECTATIONS

Champion Drogoz Icon.png New Champion - Drogoz, The Greedy

WeaponAttack Drogoz Icon.png Weapon - Rocket Launcher

Bombard lesser creatures with explosive rockets.

Ability Salvo.png Ability 1 - Salvo

Pre-load all of the rockets from your magazine into your launcher. Your next fire will release all of the pre-loaded rockets.

Ability Thrust.png Ability 2 - Thrust

Thrust yourself 50ft upwards into the air and 20ft forwards. Hold Spacebar to slowly propel yourself upwards while draining your fuel meter.

Ability Expectorate.png Secondary Fire - Expectorate

Spit out an unstable loogie. Enemies hit by your flammable saliva take 30% additional damage from your attacks for 4s. You may also shoot your loogie, causing a large explosion.

Ability Dragon Punch.png Ultimate - Dragon Punch

Unleash your fury and overclock your thrusters to deliver a high velocity punch that deals 100% of your target's maximum health as damage.

Cards

  • Rain of Fire - Specialty
  • Gain {5/10/15/20}% increased damage for 5s after using Thrust
  • Decimate - Specialty
  • Greatly increase the knockback of Expectorate's explosion and reduce it's cooldown by {1.5/3/4.5/6}s
  • Bask
  • Using Booster while out of combat will heal you for {100/200/300/400} health per second
  • Hot Swap
  • Dealing damage with your in-hand attacks increases your reload speed by {10/20/30/40}% for 3s
  • Lung Capacity
  • Increase the projectile speed of loogie by {50/100/150/200}%
  • Propel
  • Increased the forward distance of Thrust by {25/50/75/100}%
  • Reciprocate
  • Kills and Eliminations restore {20/40/60/80}% booster fuel
  • Spitfire
  • Increase the rocket accuracy of salvo by {4/8/12/16}%
  • Survival
  • Dropping below 30% hp reduces thrusts cooldown by 100% and gives you {15/30/45/60}% speed for 3s.
  • Thrill of the Hunt
  • Killing blows reduce the cooldown of Thrust by {25/50/75/100}%
  • Viscosity
  • Enemies hit with Expectorate directly, or by it's explosion, are slowed by {15/30/45/60}% for 3s
  • W.Y.R.M. Jets
  • Increase your air movement speed while using booster by {12/24/36/48}%

General

  • We have introduced a new Specialty card system. Each Champion will have two Specialty cards to choose from, each promoting a unique playstyle. Check each Champion's individual card updates for more information.

  • Reduced damage from 61 to 48 per hit.

  • Reduced jump distance by 50%.
  • Increased cooldown to 15s.

  • Movement Speed reduction while firing increased from 25 to 35%.

Champion Grohk Icon.png Grohk

  • Ability Tempest.png Tempest
  • Now targets enemy players through deployed shields.

  • Increased projectile speed from 400 to 600 units per second.

  • Now applies a stacking 10% movement slow.

  • General
  • Increased Ying's fall speed slightly.

  • Fixed an issue where Ying could still use Dimensional Link when she was affected by Cripple.

Champion Androxus Icon.png Androxus

  • Removed from the game:
  • Heads will Roll
  • Quick Draw
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Also grants Androxus a third use of Nether Step.
  • Vengeance
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Reversal now does base 300 damage, has a 50% larger capture, and has a 2/4/6/8s lower Cooldown.
  • Continuation
  • Renamed to Abyss Walker.
  • Now heals for 75/150/225/300 per dash.

Champion Barik Icon.png Barik

  • Removed from the game:
  • Inflame, Hunker Down, Paralyze
  • Bunker
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Increases Health of Barricade by {1000/2000/3000/4000} and reduces the Cooldown of Barricade by 10s.
  • Combat Repair
  • Heal per second reduced from {100/200/300/400} to {50/100/150/200}.
  • Double Time
  • Now a Specialty card.

Champion Buck Icon.png Buck

  • Removed from the game:
  • Buck Shot, Berserk, Concussion, Vigor
  • Reconstruction
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Heals you for 20% of your maximum health instantly upon activation, and increases Recovery's heal by 100/200/300/400
  • *NEW* Gotcha
  • New Specialty card.
  • After hitting a target with your net shot, deal 10/20/30/40% more damage to them for 5 seconds.

Champion Cassie Icon.png Cassie

  • Removed from the game:
  • Big Game, Inertia
  • Blast Shower
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Fires 3 smaller Blast Shots instantly in a cone rather than in succession. Now also provides a Cooldown reduction to Blast Shot each time Cassie hits a target with her weapon.
  • Exaction
  • Now a Specialty card.

Champion Evie Icon.png Evie

  • Removed from the game:
  • Finisher, Impact, Long Winter
  • Frigid Field
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Increase Ice Block duration by 1s, and when you Ice Block you freeze all nearby targets for .3/.6/.9/1.2s.
  • Stand Still
  • Now a Specialty Card.
  • Now only applies on direct hits, instead of when hitting a single target.
  • Frostbite
  • Movement Slow reduced from 15/30/45/60 to 10/20/30/40%
  • Now has a 10s Cooldown
  • Now procs immediately upon hit, rather than having a chance to proc.

Champion Fernando Icon.png Fernando

  • Removed from the game:
  • Evolve, Aegis
  • Incinerate
  • Now a Specialty Card.
  • Towering Barrier
  • Now a Specialty Card.
  • Increases shield health by 1000/2000/3000/4000 and the size of your shield by 75%.

Champion Grover Icon.png Grover

  • Removed from the game:

  • You attack 10/20/30/40% faster. Also, gain 30% Movement Speed for 1s on successful weapon hit. Does not stack.
  • Germinate
  • Now a Specialty card
  • Increased healing from 50/100/150/200 to 100/200/300/400.

Champion Kinessa Icon.png Kinessa

  • Removed from the game:
  • Size of the Fight
  • Critical Hits
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Successful shots made to the upper half of an enemy character will deal 5/10/15/20% increased damage. Reduces time to fully charge by .20s.
  • Well Stocked
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • You may have up to 3/4/5/6 Oppressor Mines active at once and reduce Oppressor Mine's cooldown by 4s.

Champion Pip Icon.png Pip

  • Removed from the game:
  • Acid Cloud
  • Malady
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Both weapon attacks and Explosive Flask deal {15/30/45/60}% more damage to targets above 60% Health.
  • Medicinal Excellence
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Stickiness
  • Movement Speed slow reduced from {15/30/45/60} to {10/20/30/40}%.

Champion Ruckus Icon.png Ruckus

  • Removed from the game:
  • Double Tap, Proximity
  • Gunship

  • *NEW* Projector
  • New Specialty card.
  • Your Emitter gets applied to nearby teammates with 20/40/60/80% of its strength, including all benefits from Emitter cards.

  • *NEW* Corrode
  • New a Specialty card.
  • Increases the maximum stacks of Poison bolts by {1/2/3/4}.
  • Surprise Attack
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Now deals {150/300/450/600} damage directly to the first target you attack after exiting stealth.

Champion Ying Icon.png Ying

  • Removed from the game:
  • Imitate, Compensate
  • Efficiency
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Fracture
  • Now a Specialty card.
  • Increases the damage of shatter by 30/60/90/120. If an illusion is killed or despawned when a new illusion is spawned, it triggers a Shatter explosion.
