Androxus is one of the Champions in Paladins.

Lore

Once a noble lawman of the Outer Tribunal circuit judges, Androxus and his former partner, Lex, were relentless in their pursuit of criminals and threats to the natural order. After a tragic confrontation with a deceitful goddess, though, he became afflicted with an otherworldly disease dooming him with an endless hunger for souls. Now he wanders the realm adrift to feed that hunger, stripped of his rank and duties with the Tribunal, and condemned to live with the curse for all time.

Summary

Androxus is a flank champion whose main damage output comes from his Revolver weapon and Defiance skill, a close-range punch. His mobility skill, Nether Step, allows him to quickly close gaps, travel around the battlefield and make it out of skirmishes alive. Reversal allows him to nullify any enemy fire he takes from the front, which will then be fired back as a bolt that deals a portion of the damage absorbed. With his ultimate skill, Accursed Arm, Androxus hovers in place and shoots blasts that deal massive damage in a small area of impact, allowing him to burst down a single enemy or a group. However, he is rather vulnerable while his skills are on cooldown, which means that good planning and positioning is key.

Description

Accursed Arm (Ultimate)

Description

Begin flying for 4s and mutate your Revolver to fire 4 explosive blasts that deal 1000 damage every .5 seconds.

	Heads Will Roll Headshots deal an additional 50% damage and your Revolver's ammo capacity is increased by 2.
	Dark Stalker Deal 20% more damage to enemies below 40% Health.
	Defiant Fist Successful hits with Revolver increase the damage of your next Defiance by 10% up to 100%.

• Androxus was briefly available during Paladins' Alpha phase but was removed before the start of Closed Beta so as to receive extra work. He had a different character design than his current one.
• Androxus' Flourish emote is a reference to a scene from the action-adventure game Metal Gear Solid 3 involving the character Ocelot.
• Androxus' Screech skin is a reference to the slasher film Scream.
