Dragon Arena is one of the maps in Paladins and was released in the Paladins 1.8 update.

Description[edit | edit source]

It was released for the Dragon's Call event. But now the only Game Mode that is currently playable in this map is Team Deathmatch.

Lore[edit | edit source]

Ancient dragon masters known only as "Warders" used the arena as a training grounds for dragon taming and honed their skills before facing the forces of darkness.

The arena contains a central house that is overlooked by many rows of spectator seats. Opposite of the seats is a balcony and a gate that leads over the edge of the cliff. At the middle of the seating area is a large golden statue of a dragon. These suggest that the dragons were a massive influence on the Warders' way of life, as the whole civilization often took part in witnessing whenever a new Warder would attempt to tame a new dragon. Dragons were also seemingly revered, given the valuable golden statue.

Cliff Ledges[edit | edit source]

This surrounds the outside perimeter of the map, making champions with knockback abilities ideal for easy eliminations. Champions that lack flight/teleportation abilities are susceptible to being launched off the map without having any sort of means for recovery...

Special Feature(s)[edit | edit source]

Portals[edit | edit source]

Found on both sides of the map where the teams initially spawn. Entering these portals will teleport a champion to a predetermined exit point, making them ideal for ease of access to locations that would normally take awhile to get to on foot.

Jump Pads[edit | edit source]

They exist in 2 locations on the map which are bringing you to the Power Up.

Power-Up[edit | edit source]

Spawns in the center building on the map and will grant full Ultimate Charge to the champion that picks them up.

Details[edit | edit source]

  • Provides 100% Ultimate Charge to the Champion who picks it up
  • Initially spawns 40 seconds into the match.
  • Respawns every 60 seconds when picked up.
