Outer Tribunal
The Outer Tribunal is a law enforcement group on behalf of the Magistrate whose purpose is to hunt down criminals and supernaturals in the name of the law. They also battle horrors and abnormal threat for the side of justice. Though this is probably only with Androxus and Lex; a judge is proficient in pistols, these "judges" serve as extremely efficient and merciless bounty hunters in service of Karne.

Lex and Androxus encounters an unnamed and deceitful goddess. Androxus successfully kills this goddess but is afflicted with an otherworldly disease in the process. Cursed by the deceased deity, Androxus develops an endless hunger for souls, satiated temporarily only by taking the souls of the living. Androxus thereby abandons his duty to the Outer Tribunal and escapes Lex.
Androxus quickly rises to the top of the most wanted list, prompting the oathbound Lex to pursue him in an attempt to bring the traitor back to the Magistrate - dead or alive.
Corvus was a member of the tribunal in his past. During his time, he experienced some things that were closed to the public eye, horrible things that came from the Supernaturals and the Abyss.
