General
- Removed player-set region select (except for custom games). Ping and nearest server location are now considered by the match maker, along with MMR and level. Once a match is made, the server is assigned based on what will be the best overall ping for that group of players.

- Fixed a case where spawning a shield to block a shot would cause that shot to do no damage to either its original target, or the shield.
- Refactored the burn card system to have progression and renamed the system to “Items”.

- In the Champion Skills screen (Outside of gameplay) each champion now has a button that will allow players to test their Ultimate Activation sound to help learn a Champion's specific ultimate feedback sound.
