Ruckus is one of the Champions in Paladins.

Lore[edit | edit source]

While toiling in the gold mines, a particularly wily and inventive goblin named Ruckus stumbled upon the long-lost mind-stone of a fallen war golem. He installed the relic into his mechanical digging suit, hoping it would provide the suit with enough power to outperform the other miners. But he was surprised when the ancient sentience reawakened and brought the suit to life.

Though it resented its situation, pilot, and the name it was given, Bolt nonetheless agreed to a tentative partnership, one that freed them both to scour the Realm in search of fame, fortune and upgrades.

Summary[edit | edit source]

Ruckus is a front line champion with both defensive and offensive capabilities. His weapons are a pair of Miniguns that fire at a very high rate and a pair of Missile Launchers that deal area damage. His Emitter creates a shield around himself and slows nearby enemies on use. The Advance skill allows him to quickly move in a straight line towards the direction he is moving. Ruckus' ultimate skill, Hexa Fire, will pull out several extra weapons to rain down destruction upon anything in front of him while he suffers a large movement speed penalty for the duration.

Miniguns

Direct Damage

Incredibly fast firing miniguns that deal 40 damage per shot every .04 seconds once fully spun up. Maintain fire to continually speed up the rate of fire. Effective at Medium Range.

  • Ruckus' line, "Roll out," is most likely a reference to Transformers and their signature catchphrase, "Autobots, roll out."
  • In Closed Beta, instead of using a mount, Ruckus was able to use ''Flight Mode'', which would transform Bolt into a somekind of aircraft.
  • He and Viktor are voiced by the same voice actor.
