The Viewer Store (previously Mixer Store) was a Special Store that held new and past selected Cosmetic Items. It could be found in the in-game store before it was removed from the game with the gen:LOCk update. The Viewer Store was only available for a limited time. These skins could be unlocked with 
Viewer Points. The player was rewarded with Viewer Points by watching the official Paladins Mixer stream or several other Paladins streams. As Mixer was shut down, there's no other way to obtain Viewer Points. Later the Viewer Store was completely replaced with the Bounty Store where Twitch drops can now be claimed[1].
