• Reduced damage from 64 → 61.

Fernando

• Shield

• No longer has a reduced Cooldown if cancelled early.

Grover

• Axe

• Increased damage from 350 → 400

Kinessa

• Sniper Rifle

• Reduced damage from a fully charged shot from 880 → 800

• Headhunter

• Reduced bonus damage from 100% → 50%.

Skye

• Poison Bolts

• Reduced damage per stack from 190 → 150 over 4s.
• No longer reduces Healing.

Ying

• Illusions

• Reduced Health from 1500 → 1000.
• Reduced weapon accuracy from 100% → 87%.
• Reduced weapon damage per hit from 28 → 20.
